Terms of Service

Last updated October 15, 2026

These terms apply to your use of solarawellbeingatl.com and to requests you make through it. Events and sessions you book with Solara Wellbeing ("Solara") are governed by the written proposal and agreement you receive for that booking. If these terms and your agreement differ, the agreement controls.

What Solara does

Solara plans and delivers workplace wellness programs, events and private sessions in Atlanta, Georgia, and elsewhere on request. Services are delivered by Christina Belue and by independent practitioners who work under written agreements with Solara. Massage and chiropractic services are performed only by practitioners licensed in Georgia or in the state where the event takes place.

Proposals, bookings and payment

Wellness services are not medical care

Solara's services support relaxation, movement and general wellbeing. They are not medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment, and they are not a substitute for care from a licensed health care provider. Participation is voluntary. Guests complete an intake and consent form before hands-on services, should tell the practitioner about pregnancy, injuries, recent surgery or other health conditions, and may stop or adjust any activity at any time. Practitioners may decline or modify a service when it is not appropriate for a guest.

Your responsibilities

Photos and content

The text, photos and design on this site belong to Solara or are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission. Any photography at your event is handled as set out in your agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Georgia law, Solara's total liability for any claim relating to this website or a booking is limited to the amount you paid Solara for the booking concerned, and Solara is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Your agreement may contain its own liability and indemnity terms, which control for that booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be handled as set out in your agreement, or otherwise in the courts of DeKalb County, Georgia.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date.
